CaPS Procurement Services centralizes purchasing of goods and services on behalf of its member companies across Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics. By pooling procurement contracts, CaPS negotiates better terms with suppliers, then packages and resells these agreements to its members.
Until now, CaPS analysts handled contract calculations, status tracking, and savings reports manually—an error-prone, time-consuming process. As operations expanded, the need grew for a web platform to streamline workflows, automate key tasks, and provide member companies with direct insight into contract status and usage.
We kicked off with interactive prototypes in Figma, enabling rapid feedback cycles, hypothesis validation, and early A/B testing. The prototypes helped refine the information architecture, user flows, and data visualizations for different user roles.
Throughout development, we iteratively refined the UI/UX based on testing and user input. Particular care was taken to present complex data in clear, appealing visual formats—especially within digital showrooms and reporting dashboards. To facilitate consistency, we developed an internal infographic library to standardize styling and visual elements.
